♦ General terms
I can accept or refuse a commission
Personal use only. please discuss first for commercial usage
i DO NOT allow my art used for NFT or ant crypto related or Reselling it
my work time is usually 3 weeks+ up to a months depending on the slot queue. additional fee may require for tight deadlines!
progress are always updated on Trello/Waitlist. you always can ask or check the trello
Please let me know if theres any privacy needed for the art, i posted commission results (with my watermark) on my twt and vgen
♦ Payments and Refunds
Full payment is done after the sketch is approved.
Total payment will include +5% tax from Paypal
Payment options are Paypal for overseas client and BCA for indonesian clients. see the top of the menu for conversion rates
The commission can have a milestone or pay 50% after the sketch only if if the piece is Big and CG like
Commission can only be refunded 50% after i started working on sketch. if i already worked on coloring and or background, can only refunded 30~20%
You can only request a full refund if I did not finish the commissioned piece within 3 months after I started working on the commission. This does not apply if the delay is caused by an uncontactable client.
♦ Revisions and Workflow
i will always ask for revisions during sketch and coloring phase.
Major revisions are allowed during sketch phase, if i haven't reached Lineart phase, there can be only minor revisions
if the sketch is not to your liking, you can send references of how you want the piece to be
Workflow : You send me the form/DM me with references > Contact > Sketching > Sketch approved > Payment > Finishing
